Impact drives return type of business coaching and mentoring (IDR-BCM).

A series of three seminars on the IDR-BCM will be organized in October-November. 

• The first seminar is for networks and selected business facilitators. It will give an overview on the IDR-BCM tool and discuss next steps forward to institutionalize this under the IDR-BCM committee. The I-DR-BCM sub-tool 1 on readiness assessment) will be presented. It will also discuss next steps forward on IDR-BCM certification. Participants will be the 4 members of the IDR-BCM; committee (i.e. the GHN, the ESO collaborative, the GCIC, and the GEA), as well as selected business facilitators interested in the IDR-BCM discussion, esp. GCYE, Growth Africa, Innohub, MSA, PWC, SEGh, SNV, and others. The meeting will be held on Monday 21 October 2024, 14:00-16:00 hs in i-Space Foundation (No 30, 2nd Nana Kanton Street, off El Shaddai Lane, Ajiringanor, East Legon, Accra). The event is jointly organized by GIZ and the Ghana Hubs Network.
• The second seminar will discuss IDR-BCM tools 2+3 for Inclusive Business type of companies.
