Potential IB/IGB companies can receive Impact-Drives-Return business coaching to transform their model into a real IB/IGB. The IDR committee decides which company receives support and which certified coach is engaged.

With the limited funding available in 2025, nine official IDR transformations were delivered. Four of them became deep dives. Readiness discussions were held with about 30 other potential companies. For each coached company, a detailed IDR report set out recommended changes in the business, prepared together with the company.

The initiative has also trained coaches and certified them after a comprehensive test. Twenty-eight coaches have been certified. Fourteen were certified in the January 2025 round, five in the May 2025 round, and nine in the July 2026 round. The chart marks which coach sits in which round.
